How important is propranolol and benzodiazepines for SN method?

In Stan's guide it's mentioned it's mostly to reduce discomfort.
Benzos to reduce anxiety and propranolol to deal with tachycardia.

In PPH it's mentioned propranolol will stop the message to increase blood flow hence with limited oxygen to brain consciousness is quickly lost.

How much effectiveness of SN will vary with and without propranolol?

The only thing required for the SN method is SN. Pretty much everything else relieves symptoms you would have before you fall asleep. Only real exception is antiemetics for vomiting, but that doesn't work all the time. Fasting and a second glass of the SN mixture will pretty much guarantee the method to work from what I've seen

That depends on where you live. It's incredibly easy to get in the US for instance, but damn hard to get in the UK

Benzo's will make you relaxed, calm and you might fall asleep faster. when I'll use SN, I'll use them.

propranolol will reduce your heart speed. I know there's some discussion about how useful it really is.

If you're talking about SN: well, you just need to be lucky to get it past customs.
