Ig it's the same with almost all CTB methods (almost as some poisons might induce diarrhea). Body dies, muscles relax and it might literally lose its shit. Fasting might help as there will be little or no shit to lose. One might also consider donning a body bag prior CTB. That would prevent any bodily fluids or excrement from getting all over the place.
