If you do the right regime it should be pretty peaceful. You're still really likely to vomit even with an antiemetic. That's probably the only thing that makes it a bit uncomfortable imo.

Based on what I gathered,
it involves vomiting, stomach discomfort, fast heartbeat.
around 20 minutes people should start to feel dizzy and lose consciousness.
within 4hours people should be dead.
imo the symptoms are not bad considering it's suicide.
Could been far worse with some of the other methods.Last edited:
I've done some taste tests with a pretty small amount (1g maybe). The guide says 25g although I think 7g to 10g would do the trick for me. I worry about having really bad final moments. N is preferable for sure

I'm pretty sure Ive seen two or more posts report difficulty breathing, and at least 1 was extremely put off by it. A pathology report also suggested one person who died from SN may have had difficulty breathing, but the likelihood or severity wasn't mentionedI taste tested 2 GMs ... I had a bad headache like an hangover headache. Did not feel nausea as it was very little qty I guess. I too hope its not too painful as its my method tooSimilar threads
