Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I get so much better when I talk to people about what's going on, but I don't know how to communicate. I know I can communicate to people about suicide and they say I can so I don't understand why I can't just talk about it. I want to explain my feelings and thoughts but I don't know how to get the words out to people.
I think I keep hurting my girlfriend from when I lash out or get moody over things I can't communicate to her, and I want to communicate to her, I really do, and I know I can, but I don't know how.
She tries to get me to talk to her about being suicidal or anything, and I don't know how to communicate things or unpack things and my response is usually to push myself away or get moody and avoid the conversation. I want to communicate to her but I don't know a good method to.
If I had a way to do it where I could actually communicate, it'd fix a lot of things and she'd understand stuff. I'd talk more often about when I had issues.
Does anyone here relate and have advice on this? Do I break up for her to feel better? Any advice helps.

I find it helps a lot to type things out. I have issues communicating using my voice sometimes because my thoughts race so much, so sprawling them out in a text field helps sometimes. Unless I'm anxious, then I worry and toil over every single word until I isolate, so your mileage may vary.

Messaging her helps sometimes, but even with that I still struggle a lot. I almost want a way to tell her without telling her, like she finds out things without me directly messaging or talking to her. I know that's impossible but is there anything close I can try?

Hmm. You could try leaving notes, or recordings of your thoughts. Stream of consciousness thinking helps sometimes, too, if you can stand to listen to or read your own thoughts to help clear up exactly what you'd like to say. Sorry, I'm kind of useless here.

Leaving notes would probably help, thank you.

Writing them down and sometimes making doodles to go with it sometimes helps me, because at least that way, off I wanted to get rid off it, I could easily just burn it, I relate to this so much.

Like mentioned, writing down your thoughts could be helpful. It requires you to deeply think while trying to get your feelings across. I like to write letters, or emails. It slows down the flow of the communication but I can get more of how I'm feeling out.
Good luck!

I work at a major retail outlet and I find all types of journals. One is a sketch journal where instead of writing a diary entry, you do a sketch of your day. Another one is "10000 Questions About Me" where you are literally asked 1000 for people to get to know you better. There are so many variations and they are so fun and easy. I have found them immensely helpful.

I think something like journaling would help a lot. I'll try and look into journaling further. Thank you for the recommendation.
