How do you guys deal with loneliness?

I am so desperately lonely right now but paradoxically don't want to talk with anyone, how do you guys cope with this?

I honestly don't know how I've been coping honestly, some days are shit and some days are great.

I do what everyone else does except just alone and I daydream scenarios to keep me fulfilled.

This. I constantly do this; I maladaptively daydream, making up situations in which something good happens only to then return to my crushing reality. I pretend to argue with people -and win, of course- or generally pretend I'm a strong and independent person. I sometimes find myself involved in funny, or overall pleasing situations. I keep enacting them again and again until I've had my fill. Maybe I'll make a thread about it, it's something I think could be relatable to somebody else. I've been doing it ever since I can remember.

Other than that I browse sasu and a couple of other social media. I also listen to music, it eases me into daydreaming. I may also journal. Lately, I've been trying to find some decentralized way to speak to sasu members but haven't come across anything thus far.

I used to do this heavily like with undertale, homestuck, SVTFOE, etc(ig it was an extreme form of escapism during childhood with how into so many fandoms I was) but I just can't seem to find any fandom that 'sparks' that feeling inside of me anymore.

Escapism wins! Honestly I think with how much I did it I just get attached to any sort of media I consume now. Anyways, I recommend Umamusume
