How do you feel about leaving your pets to other hand?

I'm a mom of 6 cats and I love them so much. Even though I know my family will take care of them but it makes me so sad when I think about leaving them. Do you think they will really miss me? or all they care about is food which ig won't be a problem

Your cats will probably miss you, if they are affectionate towards you. I have seen cats grieve other cats and humans as well.

My idiot husband doesn't seem to understand how to treat a dogs pain. Silence/quiet in a dog is not a sign they are pain free. He seems to think they're fine until they scream - kinda like how he treats me. That's all I worry about. They will be fed and housed but he's a moron when it comes to animals.

Some people are very numb understuding emotion. Not their fault though ;)

idk I cry more to the thought of leaving my cat alone than my parents, I love him sm

This is why I will go with my dog, I could never bare the thought of leaving him. He will think I abandoned him and we have such a strong bond. And he had a bad life before I found him, so he looks at me like I'm some sort of hero to him. (If he only knew how much of a loser I am by society's standards… )
