Hi, I wanna lose weight and it's hard for me to fall asleep. I sleep when I pass out and even if I take sleep aid or seroquel for sleeping, i only get six hours of sleep max. How do I get to sleep for 12-16 or even 20 hours a day? cos I want to lose weight and not spend money on food. Thank you. It can be unhealthy. I just wanna lose weight. And sleep all day.
