Don't want to complicate your regime but with the evidence on my thread wouldn't it be best to take an earlier dose of propanolol so you are guaranteed it's working it's magic in your system before taking the SN.

The PPeH says mix it with SN but on average it takes 20/30 minutes to start working check out this message where someone mixed it with SN.

Extended release is Propranolol SA. Immediate release is Propranolol HCL.
