Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hell folks, I've been out of the forum for a few days but I bring a new discussion thread related to BPD.

In this occasion, I want to discuss how the symptoms, different environments and experiences took you to the rabbit hole of BPD related to ruining relationships or friendships.

How do you deal with it everyday? And what tools do you have if you went to therapy before?

My relationship was good for the first month or so before bpd began to absolutely tarnish it. I would get jealous of my partner talking to other girls (not flirting just normal conversations) and I would split on him and try to get him to cut them off. Which is something he couldn't just easily do as it's a little insane and out of proportion so I would split even more and harm myself. I would also get mad at him for taking a long time to respond because it made me feel abandoned. Even if I specifically knew he was busy my mind would start circling around completely untrue thoughts that he was just ghosting me/didn't care about me or was talking to other girls. So when we did end up talking I would be mad at him and split and even ignore him for a period of time but that never lasted long due to how attached I was lol. The relationship lasted 8 months in total, he eventually got tired of me and left. And although I heavily resented him for so long now that I'm over it. I feel like such a terrible person and I seriously wish I could have been better and not put him through that. Even though I myself was suffering at the time, and he also did things that unintentionally ended up hurting me.

It seems like I'm going through the same thing, OP. It's very tough and hard, im glad you were able to heal. ❤️
