Hopeless

I am 32 single male. Unemployed. I've never even dated. I live in a conservative country. I rely on my parents and sister for money. I've been on anti depressants for over a decade with little use. I have recurrent depressive disorder. I'm not at that point where I want to ctb nor do I have the motivation to recover. I sometimes like playing on my playstation 5. It feels like I am stuck in a limbo. I don't even know what I want anymore.

I am in the same situation , age aswell, but must of my time im in my computer ,playing or just passing the time

All this is rubbish, I wish for eternal rest, but all I can do is suffer through it all... For now.
