Drs suck mega ass!

Long story short, had a sociopath fiancé that demanded I keep taking shit meds prescribed by a dr that admitted he wasn't thinking straight because he couldn't afford to pay his income tax.
Fast forward to today, kidneys are starting to show signs of failure, nervous system completely shot and three hours of sleep on average for over six years.
I have meto and sn, this is getting down to the wire right now, I've fought off suicidal thoughts for years and had a failed attempt but I'm looking at death right now. I have year old sn and some meto and I have no idea how my nervous system will tolerate the meto never mind a stat dose, can I really trust year old sn and also the fact eps symptoms might be through the roof?
Holyfuckingshit things are bad and if all goes to plan I should be dead this month
