I'm starving+dehydrating myself as a means of self harm. Any ways to hide the effects of dehydration such as dry lips?

I'm in a bad way now because I hardly ate for three months.
I was in bed and got really dizzy when I stood up. And I did take some fluids.
You must be suffering.

i tried starving myself a few times never really made it more than 2 days
doesn't sound like a good plan to me

Just didn't feel like eating for 2 days too and felt I was about to CTB yet I still woke up. Saddens me more that my family didnt even care.
