I've been practicing with Partial hanging and I can't seem to stop my breathing I'm using 12mm or 15mm rope I don't really know and putting on top of my Adam's Apple and pushing till I black out but I still seem to breath small breaths what can I do to prevent this?

You're more looking to cut off blood flow to and from your brain. The fact that you're able to breath is a good sign as crushing your windpipe is not only painful in itself but will also cause you to suffocate. Not a pleasant way to go. Sorry you're struggling, welcome to ss by the way!
