I plan to open my sn a day before doing it, from what I read it takes a long time until it stops being useful, it should be fine but I am not sure, what do you guys think?

I took some pictures in case it helps, it came with a label but I took it off in case someone had found it, it doesn't have any holes and is well closed. 1000020309 1000020311

After opening it, I would quickly remove some and tape it shut again.

It's a stable chemical. It should be fine even if it's past for the next day. As long as it's sealed well and kept away from air and moisture.

I think it should be okay. Especially since you've said there's no holes and it gets taped shut.
I guess you could put the bag inside another bag like one of those ziplock bags and use a straw to take out as much additional air as possible, if you want to be extra cautious.
