Help Help me figure out the slipknot

I know it's fucking stupid but I can't seem to comprehend the instructions on how to tie it. I'm a stupid dumbass failure (potential autism or dyscalculia or motor issues idk) but like. Does anyone have a simplified guide for dumbass failures?

Like. It's supposed to be simple but my brain keeps getting lost around the 3rd step.

If you search clearnet for the knot it will probably provide you a video of the knot being tide. That would be better than any text advice.
