That depends on the forn you got the N. You could either drink it or inject it.
The best moment depends on you, but in general you want to be alone.
The cheaper option is just to jump off somewhere high. The second cheapest is hanging, you only need a rope.

Helium is difficult to get nowadays, it's recommended Nitrogen or CO2
