Venting health declining

it's been a month since my old workplace tried to sue me and I assume due to stress to it around the same time I got typhoid fever and some kind of stomach issues that doesn't get any better even though I've taken tons of meds (gerd meds included). I've been constantly feeling nauseous and throwing up every day after I eat and get heavy migraines, I tried going to the doctor but well, healthcare sucks, they refused to take me to the hospital because I'm not 'sick' enough

so while the pain in my hands doesn't resolve I have to deal with this stuff as well, and I dont know when I'll recover <3333
