• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

How private should I be about my plans for suicide? A few of my friends already know how I feel - I feel like I want to tell someone about what I'm going through and about to do, but I also don't want to jeopardize my plans or getting N from D if I choose that route. Obviously i wouldn't tell people details. So how much should I be telling people, and what should I keep to myself?

You could talk about your suicidal ideations to other people, but keep any information about your potential method to yourself.

When talking about your suicidal ideations, it may be advisable not to say that you are definitely going to end your life, but that you have been depressed, or whichever feelings have been bothering you.

I think that in my opinion, it is best to never tell others about wanting to die. I never have done and I never will do. We live in a world where suicide is so stigmatised and our right to die is not respected. To me it would be too risky as others could try to interfere with ctb plans. I do wish that we could be open about wanting to die and tell others in advance, and then be able to exit peacefully.

from my experience, the only difference it makes is that it makes the Dr's less likely to give you strong medicine that you might benefit from, otherwise it makes no difference, no one gives a fuck whether you live or die, other than your most immediate family

No one knows I'm suicidal(and I'm going to keep it that way), they think I'm just depressed and still think I will 'get better' with time
