Has anyone ever tried Phenibut?
If so how useful was it in whatever you were using it for, how long does it take to take effect and where did you get it from. I want to buy it but I dont know any legit vendors who might sell to someone in the UK.

I used it about 5 years ago. Honestly, when I took it I didn't notice much about it. And at times I took a lot of it and didn't feel much different. But when I stopped using it, I had increased anxiousness and anxiety.

So it doesn't help with being anxious of doing something? I was planning on taking phenibut prior to taking SN so I dont feel as nervous

You can try it. It'll probably take the edge off, I just don't remember feeling anything too powerful from it.

You can buy it online in UK. The reviews are amazing. It didn't do anything for me but it gives some people great days and more confidence apparently. I prefer Ketamine by miles. You can take just a little for a burst of confidence
