prob been asked but can't find the mega thread, (sure there is one but meh)

I have never considered hanging until recently, my preferred option isn't happening as I can never be alone long enough to leave the house.
Hanging, trial runs, something I see people do, does this leave marks on the neck? I would happily trial run it, but worry about there being marks showing whats happened or what I have done?!
I am looking into anything, I guess silent desperation is kicking in!

Jumping as said is my preferred, but I think its time to look into option two... which was never an option until yesterday!! (can anyone link to the hanging megathread if there is one as I can't find it)

I'd imagine if you're prone to bruising it could definitely leave marks. I believe this is the "Megathread" on it.

If you practice you should put something between the noose and your neck. And please never fixthe noose anywhere, otherwise the practice could end as an attempt easily

I'm pretty sure a trial run will leave a mark that lasts a long while, so if you are working it will be obvious what the mark is. I think a trial run won't work out well. One interesting thing is that hanging seems to be the most popular method among celebrities, based on videos on a popular video site, and most of these celebrities had plenty of money so that all options were available.
