Hanging (partial) or SN with unknown purity?

I am currently trying to choose between these two options and need input.

The SN is from Ukraine and says 99% purity, but I haven't yet tested it and have reservations about opening it for the fear it may degrade.

I also have a sturdy rope and tried to hang earlier today, but failed miserably as I'm still inexperienced with this method. I also believe I may require a better quality rope.

If you had to choose between these two methods, which would you choose and why? As much as I like the idea of drinking something and going unconscious, it takes a lot more planning on the front end than I would like. I also would need to leave my flat, book a room, and is not conducive to a quick exit, which I'm feeling more like I need.

Me too. Seems like the kind of thing I would want to do closer to a planned date, which I currently don't have.

This source has been tested as 'pure', apparently, possibly above the 98% advertised purity.
