Handcuffs behind back

I'm planning to ctb by full suspension hanging, but I won't be far off the ground and will also not be far from the anchor point.

How does someone handcuff themselves? I never considered just grabbing the anchor point to save myself. So many considerations.

Lock it on one wrist and before you step off lock it on the other. It will stop SI from getting in the way.

If you have to actually handcuff yourself because you may want to not die, then probably a good idea to re-evaluate your decision to commit suicide or how you're going about it.

I definitely want to do it, and full suspension is my preferred method. But I understand what you're saying. I'm thinking of handcuffs to overcome any lingering SI. They may help.
