Hey there guys. I've finally have put a final decision on CTB. Tomorrow at noon i'm going to, hopefully, catch my last breath. My chosen way out is SN and i'd like to take the opportunity to share my plan with you guys and double check to see if everything is in order, if that's possible. Sometimes the mind can let things slip through, and the last thing i want is to end up surviving another attempt.

My current plan ( changed from last time i posted):

I'm aiming for at least 12-16h of fasting (currently already fasting) and at least 2-4h without drinking.
I'll prepare 3 drinks with 25g of SN dissolved in 50ml of water.

@ 1h before the SN i'll take 1g Metamizole (because is the most effective painkiller i have access to, especially compared to paracetamol and ibuprofen).
@ 45min before the SN i'll take the recommended 30mg of Metoclopramide and 8mg of Ondansetron.
@ 45min before the SN i'll also dissolve 300mg of propranolol in some water (not drinking it yet).
@ 30min before the SN i'll take 800mg of Cimetidine.
@ 0-5min I'll prepare and drink the SN + drink the propranolol.

From what i've read both the cimetidine and propranolol are not required, but they are talked about in the version of the PPeH i have access to, so i included them in my plan, just in case.

Edit 1: Spelling errors.

Edit 2: I should clarify that the first failed attempt wasn't with SN.

Lucky you got all those medicine
I feel you. I also find myself lucky to have had access to them, especially in as relatively easy manner as i did. Wish everyone would also have that freedom. It frankly saddens me quite a bit. But i'm hopeful that society will get to that level of sobriety ans understanding at some point.

It all sounds fine to me except the part about the prolonged fasting. I keep reading that too many hours of fasting = too much stomach acid. I'm sure you have your reasons, but I'd aim for eating something in those hours before the 8 hour countdown begins, even if it's something small and/or light.

Interesting point, I'll consider it carefully. I prolongued the fasting period because i'm used to not eating very often, so my stomach takes a while to start "feeling empty", so i figured i should increase it just in case. But since i wasnt aware there's a potential downside i might end up sticking to the recommended time frame.

Oh, this makes me sad to read. Tomorrow is the day, and you're confident about it? I'm really sorry, I hope you find peace. 💕

Yeah, pretty much as confident as can be. Thank you for your kind words, they don't go unnoticed or unappreciated. I think i've had a good run, all things considered.

When it comes to avoiding potential EPS with Meto and Ondansetron I recommend reading: https://en.farewellwiki.org/wiki/Antiemetic_Regimen

Particularly the bottom section.
I've tested how i reacted to the combination of Meto and Ondansetron a couple months back, to check if i had problems with their interaction and nothing came up, so i should be good on that front. But i really appreciate the heads-up.

That's COMPLETELY missing the point. The protocol already calls for an antacid, and they already have one in theirs.
What I'm asking is won't the antacid neutralize the stomach acid…
