Only cncern doin tht = tht u r puttng pressre on urslf 2 follw thru if u chnge ur mndif you fail, then they will put you in a mental hospital probably, which for many people can make things worse for themselves.
it might benefit some, idk if you would be one to benefit from it...
but they send plenty of sane people to those places just for trying to end their pain
