alright so i'm a bisexual woman and im like super in love with this girl i see like everyday during my 9-5 but she talks to other people and im not like very social.. im not sure what to do because i was never good with relationships and my last one crashed and burned. please someone help give me advice!!!

Are you perhaps ovulating right now? Is this girl you like also into other girls? Befriend her first and then see how things progress. Take it easy.

You should try and become friends with her. Small talk is the best way to start a conversation. Ask her how her day has been, mention something about the weather, something about your job. I'm not sure what your job is but maybe ask her for some help or offer to help her with something. You basically just need a way to start talking to her. Slowly, you might become friends. Eventually you can try and find out if she is also attracted to girls. Maybe flag as bisexual if you're somewhat closeted or just tell her one day if you're out. She might not return your feelings but this is the best advice I can give.
