Hi guys,

Tonight I am planning on ctb using the SN method. I am finishing up writing my good bye notes to my friends & family. I just heard that the police keep suicide notes for a while or don't even give them to said family members/ friends so I am scheduling emails to be sent to my loved ones. I will let you guys know when I take the anti nausea medicine. I am so ready. Thank you to this community!

I am a 19 year old college student. Before you say that I am too young to make this decision, please know that I am in excruciating pain all the time. I cannot override the suicidal thoughts anymore. But, I'm in the US as well, thinking about you. I'm sorry that life has shown us difficulties.

We all have the right to exit this world at a time of our own choosing, it is a personal decision when to leave this world and no one else has any say in it. I'm sorry that you are in so much pain, I can imagine that it must be unbearable what you are going through. I hope that you find relief from your suffering in whatever happens.

I can relate to this. I wanted to go at 19 and it's just got worse and worse I'm 24 now and I'm actually traumatized. If I went at 19 like a man I wouldn't of hurt many people. I can't forgive myself for that.
