I have a 10 mm rope slipknot dog lead, it's very durable. Just wondering if it would be ideal for partial ?

I will not be doing at home to protect my partner and since hotels are closed I will be going into the woods near my house. The only problem is I feel vulnerable outside for some reason, and I feel a panic attack brewing. Is there anything I can do to clear my mind as the anxiety is killing me.

Want to get this right first time !
