Getting a gun without a background check

It's very obvious I'll fail any background check. I've been involuntarily committed several times and I have a history of suicidal and homicidal remarks.

Here are some of my ideas
* Homemade "zip" gun
* Traveling to another state to buy on Craigslist (my state, NJ, has SUPER strict gun laws)
* Pick another method (SN, jumping, neck on a train track)

Here in Argentina the only way to get a gun would be to go to the slums and try to find a gun dealer.
The thing is, I might be robbed and get nothing lol

I thought about looking for a gun on Craigslist, I couldn't find any sales.

You can get on 95 south, by the time you hit North Carolina, there will be gun expos everywhere. Of course most tables/vendors are legitimate, but if you want something and are willing to pay, you'd probably only need to go to one. There are people that open carry and would probably sell you the gun out of their holster, just take the magazine.
