Gas amount and prices

Hei,
I am from Germany and not that good in English - so it's high effort to understand some things in this forum.

Maybe someone can help me with this question:
I read a megathread about exit bag and the person said that one would need at least 20 cf of gas (in this case N2). When I look it up in the internet - 20 cf would be 600 liters.
two problems:
- First I cant find any shop that sells this amount (I would have to buy 12 bottles / 50 l )
- Second if I would buy 12 bottles / 50 l this would make around 2500 euros / dollars (i dont have that much money)
- Third even if there would be a 600 l bottle available for less money, i could not transport it. I have not got a car.

Is there anything wrong in my calculation? Or is it really that heavy in both price and volume?

I would not suggest to use the exit bag. Better use the scuba or SCBA method.

Helium and nitrogen is easy to obtain in Germany. I even know members from Switzerland or other european countries who have ordered from there.

I still dont understand, sorry. Would I really need 600 l bottle of liquid gas to cbt?

did you looked for items in welder's shops? or considered argon tanks alternatively, argon is more often used in welding so it's much easier to find tank of required volume and argon is cheaper in generall

again i've seen inert gas tanks' prices in specialized welder magazines,i kinda can afford them if pawn my computer stuff. and also how you supposed to attach 12 pieces of 50l gas tanks to a mask or bag, build a pipleline with T-tubings lol ?

when a magazine manager contacts with you after item ordering they will ask you via phone or email about the method of delivery, so you should choose residency delivery instead of customer pick up, courier will drive on a vehicle to your residency and load out your order wherever convenient to you

600L is enough: 600L/15l per minute = 40 minutes of gas flow, it'll work ONLY if your mask, bag and tubing don't leak so no oxygen in your atmosphere . tho i think you need to use translator on PPEH section related to helium tho, to apply this method. sorry

That 600L is the uncompressed volume, so it would be a 3L "water volume" at 200bar. There are no 3L cylinders so you would need to get a 5L one which costs around 150 € (60cm tall × 14cm width, 10kg), can be shipped directly to your house.
