Hanging is hard to do i have been trying all this year had at least 5 attempts, hanging megathread helped me on learning about the carotid artery but i wouldnt recommend acting on impulse.

Are you referring to full suspension or partial hanging ? Partial is less painful I believe.
Also look into night-night method, its method of attack is the same as partial but it's easier to do.
