What is the noose situation with full? NOT drop, just full. I can't find any guides for full, only partial or drop. I cannot use other methods I had planned on and I'm not comfortable using partial due to the possibility of standing up/slipping out.

I just need to know about the noose situation for full, I understand that I need a strong anchor point.
