i attached the rope to my anchor point and set it at a low height that i was on my tip toes, then i walked off the chair and i could already feel the loss of consciousness. It worked way easier than partial hanging, i will probably use this method soon, and a bonus for it not having survival instinct as a problem. The only problem is it feels uncomfortable on my neck, but thats not too much of an issue. Im planning to get anti histamines and take a large dose which might help with the process.

Nice. I think that this advice will reduce the number of SN threads.

I hope more people read this.
yeah, partial hanging was kinda time consuming, finding the sweet spot and all. With full suspension i just put a shirt around my neck for padding and put the rope and thats all it took
