Help Frequent suicidal thoughts, please advise

I'm currently going through this..... Episode, of sorts, where I'd break down very frequently. It happened 6times yesterday. Hell, I almost killed myself. I'm quite appalled rn thinking how lacking I was in the inhibition department when it came to suicidal ideations and the execution of said ideations. Thank God there was no rope, but I kind of feel scared rn. Yesterday was the most intense. How do u guys cope with these?

Can you describe the symptoms more, is it just ideation?

Elements of rumination, paranoia, anxiety, overwhelming emotions? Did anything lead up to the recent issues? Might be able to narrow down how to treat it.

Can dm me if you want. Everyones experience is different but ive been through the ringer myself many times.
