Im sorry for your pain and need to do this, however sleeping pills even with a cold I doubt it will have any effect. I've taken hundreds of pills at once and im still here, if it works than I wish you a peaceful journey, and may you find what you looking for. If you decide to think it through a bit better that's alright too. Fly high

You will wake up with a headache at best.
Contrary to popular belief the human body is very resilient, you're a mammal not a lizard so your body can adjust when it is very cold especially when you wont be exposed to it for that long.
Unless you're planning on sleeping naked in Siberia for a whole day you arent going to die from this
