Hi . Was forced to attend one today ... Sent my anxiety in overdrive and suicidal feelings worse. I just hate socialising specially with family where u have to put a happy face
I completely understand. I'm sure a lot of us feel the same way. Even those of us who really love our families and have good relationships with them, sometimes it can just be too much to "put on a happy face."

Yes the pictures are the worst .. and then they wanna post it on Facebook and other social media places where the whole extended family will comment ... Another thing making this intolerable is that I can't even step out to have a smoke to get my mind of this crap... I have to stay indoors and pretend to enjoy myself
