• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I started self harming when i was 11 and its only got worse since then, i want to get clean for once and i have been wanting to for a while. I dont want to cut but every night i force myself to because if i dont then im "getting better" and thats the worst thing in the world to me but i dont understand why i hate the idea of recovery so much if i want to recover.

Because it has been a part of your life for so long. Self-harm is what you know, and life in recovery is the unknown. Not to mention you're giving up something that has been a core coping mechanism for you for such a long time. Maybe you can find something to replace that part of your routine at night?

It's a really hard thing to do, so don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up because it will only make you feel worse. Don't give up though, I believe in you. Wishing you the best.
