I just want to to introduce myself. I have been following this site for a while. Been having thoughts about ctb and anxiety for 2 years after being on sertraline for 6 months so reading posts has helped me feel I as am not alone.
I am 51 years old and possibly somewhere on the spectrum although not been analysed.
I am lucky I hold down a full time job and have 2 elderly parents but all friends have "moved on"
I have been trying to do things to change improve life.
If I were to ctb it would be sn done "Stan's way"
I live in England.

Sn is becoming my choice too but I'm nervous about getting it delivered and my ctb intentions spotted

i've managed to source some SN 98 pure food grade from china spoken to the seller he said he sells to the uk all the time it's expensive for shipping tho it's going to take a while to be deliver as well like a month by the looks of things i don't know if it will be seized by customs or have to pay import tax i've not bought it yet got to wait a few days for payday
