Hi guys, how are you doing? I've been lurking on this site for close to a year now, however I just created an account a month ago. You can call me AD haha. Love and life has not been kind to me. I suffer from crippling anxiety, to the point where I worry about people the second I say bye to them irl. It's been hard with my ex because she suffers from BPD and when combined with my anxiety, it didn't really lend a great helping hand to her. Despite everything, I showed up whenever she needed me even when she didn't explicitly call out for it. She left me because she thought i worried too much even when she was SHing herself and talking about how she wanted to die together. Ever since we broke up, my thoughts of suicidal ideation have changed from mere thoughts to intent and now I see no way out of this hell that we call life. Anyway that's enough about me. How are you guys?
