Just wondering is there any country that legally allow handgun sales
without background check/reference
and doesn't require citizenship for purchase/ownership?
Maybe in the Islamic world. Otherwise, getting a gun should be done in the legal way but you can always try to get one in the slums near where you live. (That was my plan at least here in Argentina)

There are numerous ways to obtain a firearm in the US without a background check or anything. Half of my guns are unregistered, all I needed was the cash to purchase them.

Some sellers might ask for an ID, but it shouldn't be that hard to find one that doesn't if you have cash. Some states are more relaxed than others about it.

background check doesn't necessarily mean it's registered. I also have several of them but none of mine are. Only deep blue states keep firearm identification on a database IIRC. I can't think of any examples other than california, illinois and new england (excl vermont and maine).
My method won't be firearm despite already having immediate access.
Private sales are legal depending on state. Background checks are only those selling firearms via an FFL. Republican Jesus states are the best bet when it comes to ease of access to firearms. How does a person even find a private firearm dealer? The internet. I've always went through an FFL but I know someone personally who has bought one private sale at a gun show.

I was looking into 80% guns. AFAIK these are gun kits with the lower part modified so that the gun cannot fire until you modify it in a particular way (quite easy to do, you can find tutorials and forums on how to do it all around the web). "80% kits" are totally legal in the US, the only thing is that you must register the firearm once you decide to modify the final assembly in order to turn it into a real, legal, gun... Does anyone know if there's a way to buy/import one of those kits in Europe without too much hassles?

Most of your information about 80% guns is out of date or incorrect. The primary seller of them was shut down by the ATF due to including too many gun parts in the kit. They also do not need to be serialized/registered unless someone was selling one.

I don't know if we are talking about the same thing. I cannot go on on ordering obviously, since I'm asking if there's a possible way to do it for non US citizens...
What I'm saying is that there are tons of online forum where people share information on building DIY firearms with those kits, and they are actually building such guns. The only thing I found out is that the lower part is sell as a separate item, yet this not prevent you to build a ghost gun in any way. Where am I wrong?
The lower part is sold as a separate item, as selling them together is selling a firearm (or so says the atf). Polymer80, which makes almost all of the polymer lower receivers and glock compatible lowers was shut down by the atf for combining the 80% lower with other gun parts.
Anyone looking to buy an 80% lower might consider the purchase, as they will likely be barred from sale in about 14 days.
The lower parts they are selling and which are used in these buildings are incomplete (that's why are called 80%...) that's why is NOT considered a firearm until you modify the lower properly. They are still available to purchase and people right now continue to build their DIY guns (according with what I read on online forums). I still don't understand where I'm wrong...
Omfg I know what an 80% lower is. Polymer80 was raided and shut down by the atf for selling 80% lowers along with other gun parts, such as a barrel, as part of a kit. Per constructive intent, the atf declared those kits were firearms. If you want buy ANY 80% lower, you should do it in the next 14 days.
