Find difficult to purchase GAS or SN

So i'm really interested in these two methods. Inner Gas with Exit Bag or SN..However i find it really difficult to purchase GAS such as Nitrogen in US.Online stores doesn't have it , and welding stores such as AIRGAS or Similar require application form to purchase it..Same with SN..No idea where to get it ...ANy idea...Or links..In US ? Where it could be purchased..?

it's because it is against the rules to post sources on public forum.

Try home brewery stores for nitrogen. People use it in beer making.

DIscovered this article about 2 suicide cases by propane gas and plastic bag..
Would that work same way as using Nitrogen or Helium..? Propane is really easy to get ...
