If you tell someone you like going to the zoo, they will understand. Tell them you want to die and they have been ripped out of their comfort zone. Having the right person to tell is the difficult part.

In my opinion, I never feel like it's a good idea to open up about suffering as others cannot ever really understand as they are not living our lives. Also there is the chance of having what we are going through invalidated by others which can just make things worse. We are already suffering enough without this. To me, talking doesn't achieve anything and cannot take away any pain, its just words.
