• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Feeling really anxious lately. My jaw feels so tight and clenched all the time it hurts to eat. I have a hard time sitting down doing anything for more than 15 minutes unless I'm talking to someone on the phone while doing it or leaving the house. I can't seem to calm down in my own home. Neighbors are being loud and obnoxious. Bought a noise machine to hopefully drown it out, it's coming in the mail tomorrow. Called my psychiatrist to see if I can see him earlier due to my symptoms lately. Feeling on edge and like nothing is fun anymore except going to craft night every week in town. Would be nice to have someone to talk to because I don't want to bother my brother with my problems.

Sometimes you can do something out of your routine that can break the feeling of things closing in on you. For example, you might take a shower when you don't need one. You might go for a walk. You could even do something inconvenient such as drive to a coffee shop rather than make coffee at home. The intentional change of activity can heighten a sense of control and push back at intrusive feelings.
