"exit bag" with pure nitrogen QUESTION

How can you make sure that you won't rip off the plastic bag while unconscious? Or that no oxygen will get in... Only if CO2 builds up, this will trigger the suffocation feeling, right? But if you're already unconscious, shouldn't you suppose to peacefully asphyxiate?

Sorry for many of my absurd questions... ( am full of worries and so on )
