My guess is because the exit bag isn't interesting. Most people who watch videos of hanging or self-inflicted gunshot fatalities aren't suicidal people looking for information, they're people looking for morbidity and gore.

The exit bag doesn't have gore. It's not violent. There's no spray of blood or vomiting or bleeding from the eyes. People with a gore fetish just don't care, and suicidal people looking for information don't make up a large enough demographic to make videos like that to cater to.

I assume it looks like you're hyperventilating in a steamy bag. This is my method and I don't want to see that. I want more of a positive pressure death.
