But my mental health keeps pivoting, sometimes good sometimes bad
My physical health is shit.
I seem to have a constant stomach and and a constant fever due to my alcoholism.
Can't wait but it's the only thing that helps.

I'm sorry you are going through this. I know that this life can be unbearable when you are suffering so much. Dealing with health problems really can be awful as they can torture us. It is such a depressing world we live in and more than anything I want to leave it behind. I wish you the best in whatever happens.

Is actual torture, more my mental health then anything else, it is crippling
