EPS with metoclopramide

After over a year of struggling and sometimes being very close, I am going to leave very soon. I have everything planned and I'm ready. I have only one concern and that is with the meto. I am very worried about getting the dosage right. I am thinking 20mg every 8 hours for 48 hours with the final dose i hour before I take the N... does this sound sensible or over cautious.

In case I do get EPS how long do the symptoms last, is this something i can ride out for a day or so? I've taken 10mg to test and I was fine but I wanted to be ready for any eventuality

I would suggest taking Benadryl with the meto, it combats EPS.
