Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

When you do partial suspension, are you supposed to get a painful throbbing in your head? I've encountered two results: the throbbing, and the sensation where your limbs start to go numb and adrenaline rushes in. The adrenaline one only seems to happen if you're pulling away from the rope. Which one is the "correct" one to achieve death?

Throbbing in head sounds like the jugulars are being pressed, trapping blood in the head.

Not sure about the numbness, I've never experienced that, get twitching and weakness instead.
