Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Got 2 ongoing disputes at EM whose status haven't changed in many weeks. Basically my money has been confiscated to the seller but not refunded to me. I don't get what's the next step to get the arbitrage complete in my favor. Anyone dealt with litigation beforehand and know how to unlock the situation ?
EM has been completely down since many days now following a nasty DDoS attack (or so it the official word)... pfft. Wonder how the sellers react in that case, if they still ship current orders or get everything on hold. Guess it depends on the professionalism of their organisation.
