Dying without chemicals (please help!)

Hello, I am in dire need of an answer. I hope the question doesnt sound too stupid..
I cannot purchase anything online such as SN like you guys, so I was wondering if anyone else can help me come up with other suicide methods? Methods that guarantee death and don't hurt too much..
For information, I am in Europe, so I have no access to guns. I am not slitting my wrists, I cant hang myself, and I dont know any high buildings to jump off of. Would choking myself with someone be the most simple option?

I need to die soon (reasons) so I would like it if anyone could help me :)

I know what it is like to be desperate. Suicide really is so difficult, if I knew of an easily accessible, painless reliable way to leave this world, I would already be gone. All I want is to peacefully pass away. I'm sorry that you are suffering so much to get to this point. I wish you the best in whatever happens.
