• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I mean if you got on a cruise and managed to jump overboard without anyone noticing, yeah you'd most certainly die, but it's a terrible way to go IMO.

I mean, which method is ideal depends on your personal criteria, but I can't really think of why this method would be a good option for anyone

Why you think that is? To me it sounds rather peaceful way to go, but I have no sure way to know.

You'd be treading water for quite some time in a freezing ocean until you pass out or drown. Sounds unpleasant but it could be just me.

Seems to me that a lot of ppl are against it, I wonder why exactly

That's true, but if you take pills to make you drowsy perhaps it at least would be not so unbearable.

I've searched the forum a little bit and apparently people are very divided on the issue. Some people who nearly drowned describe it as painful and incredibly traumatic, while others say that once your lungs are full of water, it is quite peaceful. If you don't lose consciousness and drown upon impact, though, you might survive for hours if not days until you eventually exhaust yourself to the point of drowning, which would surely be a torturous way to die

Don't recommend this... if the cruise ship is very tall you might break bones if you fall from a very high height, also hypothermia could end you before you even drown if it's cold in that particular sea, as for drowning... I've almost drowned as a kid and It was very peaceful but it's not the same for everyone from what I hear

Surviving days sounds horrendous,, but for me one of the worst things would be rescued and then having to try again after acquiring severe injuries.

I was close to drowning as a kid too and I felt tranquility, but I am scared the sensation would be dissimilar this time around. Wouldn't want to break any bones either, but I'm afraid there are no pain-free options for me.
